INGREDIENTS

  •  2 bags (450g) of Andean noodles with quinoa and oats Santa Catalina
  • 250 g of fresh cheese (preferably a white one)
  •  4 yellow peppers with no peas or veins
  •  4 cloves garlic, chopped
  •  ½ cup vegetable oil
  •  1 small onion, chopped into pieces
  •  ½ cup of evaporated milk
  •  40 g  Grated Parmesan cheese
  •  Salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Brown the onion, chopped the pepper and the garlic in a frying pan. When they are well cooked; remove and blend it. When you have the mix in the blender, add the cheese and milk, continue blending the mix until is creamy, taste the salt. If the mix is too thick, add more milk.

Cook the new Andean noodles with quinoa and oats in water with a dash of oil and salt (according to their cooking directions), boil for only 9 minutes; Strain and pass through cold water. Return them to the pot where they were cooked, pour ¾ parts of the sauce, mix well and serve, spread the remaining sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese.

  •  2 red peppers (rocoto)
  •  100g of fresh cheese (White one)
  •  2 tomatoes
  •  50g of corn
  •  30g of green olives without pepa
  •  30g of peeled beans
  •  Branches of parsley and huacatay
  •  3  tbsp of vinegar
  •  9 tbsp olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Remove the veins and seeds from the rocoto, then chop it. Boil the corn (with an envelope of filtering anís and sugar) and the beans. Chop the cheese into two centimeter cubes, sliced the ​​olives and the parsley. Cook the Santa Catalina andean noodles in water with a splash of oil and salt according to their directions, boil for only 9 minutes; strain and pass through cold water.

Make a vinaigrette with salt, pepper and olive oil and vinegar. Mix all the ingredients and season with the vinaigrette, serve.

  •  1 un of broccoli
  •  1 can of tuna steak.
  •  150g of cherry tomatoes
  •  1 clove garlic
  •  2 tbsp of oil
  • Salt

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Cook the Santa Catalina andean noodles in water with a splash of oil and salt, boil for just 9 minutes; strain and pass through cold water.

Then, clean and cook the broccoli. In a frying pan put the oil, finely chop the garlic and add the Santa Catalina macaroni, the broccoli, the tuna filet and the tomatoes; finally, sauté and serve
