Breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

  •  1 large banana
  •  1/4 cup Maca and Avena Santa Catalina
  •  1 glass of fresh milk
  •  1 tbs honey
  •  1/2 tbs vanilla
  • Ice (quantity required)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Blend all ingredients together for one minute. When there are perfectly mixed, pour it (the mix) into a large glass.Take it right away.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  200 g of Santa Catalina oatmeal.
  •  1 glass of milk
  •  1 yoghurt of your choice
  •  4 apples
  •  2 bananas
  •  Juice of 1 lemon
  •  4 oranges
  •  50g of chopped hazelnuts
  •  2 tbs honey (or 4 sugar)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Pour the milk and yogurt into a bowl, then add the oat flakes, leaving it to stand for about 3 minutes. Cut the apples and grate them, cut the bananas into slices and the oranges into small pieces. Mix everything with the lemon juice. Once it is done, mix the fruits with the oats and milk, add the honey (or sugar) and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  •  300g of flour
  •  200g of quinoa and oats Santa Catalina
  •  150g of wheat bran
  •  3 tsp of salt
  •  30g g yeast
  •  2 tsp of sugar
  •  ¾ cup milk
  •  3 tbsp of oil
  •  1 yolk
  • Sunflower and sesame seeds or other

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mix the flour, oats, bran and salt. Make a wreath with the dry ingredients and put the yeast, sugar, milk and oil in the center of it.

Incorporate, little by little, all the ingredients, until you form a homogeneous mass.

Place the dough in a bowl and cover with film paper, let it lift for 30 minutes. It must double its volume. Knead the dough and roll up. Divide into two equal buns. Place each of the buns in rectangular molds and let stand again.

Make a few slots in the dough, paint with egg yolk and decorate with seeds of your preference. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees.
