INGREDIENTS

- 450g of Santa Catalina with Quinoa and oat noodles

For the bolegnese sauce 

  •  50g of extra virgin olive oil
  •  1 carrot
  •  1 onion
  •  180g mushrooms
  •  50g celery or green pepper
  •  1 garlic clove
  •  500g of tomato
  •  500 g of minced meat
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  •  Oregano
  •  Bay leaf

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Blend all the salsa ingredients (carrot, onion, mushrooms, celery, garlic, tomato) and cook it in a medium saucepan. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and spices and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. If you liked it thicker, let it cook longer.

In the meantime; Cook Santa Catalina noodles in water with a dash of oil and salt, boil for just 9 minutes; strain and pass through cold water.

Finally mix the bolognese sauce with the noodles or serve them over. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and enjoy!

  •  500 g of Santa Catalina´s Andean noodles
  •  400 g of pork
  •  2 tomatoes
  •  2 onions
  •  50 g of chili paste
  •  3 garlic cloves
  •  100 ml of oil
  •  350 g of basil parsley
  •  Sal, pimienta y comino
  •  100 mililitros de aceite
  •  350 g of basil parsley
  •  Salt, pepper and cumin

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Cut the meat into medium pieces, season it and brown it in a pot, then set aside. Make a dressing with onion, garlic, tomato and chili pepper. Add the meat and noodles (broken into three parts), add vegetable broth (it is made by gilding onion, celery, pore, garlic and pepper, then add water and let boil for half an hour) and the liquefied basil, let cook until the noodles are done. Serve with chopped parsley.

  •  500 g of Santa Catalina’s Mediterranean noodles
  •  2 tomatoes
  •  Half an onion
  •  3 garlic cloves
  •  2 tbsp of chili pepper paste
  •  A few branches of coriander
  •  400 g of shrimp
  •  400 ml of cream
  •  50g of parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Season the shrimp and reserve. Make a dressing with the onion, tomato, garlic and chili pepper paste, add the shrimp, the cream and the parmesan cheese.  Let cook until it has the right consistency (as a sauce)

Cook the Mediterranean noodles in water with a dash of oil and salt according to its directions, boil for only 9 minutes; Strain and pass through cold water.

Serve the pasta with the sauce and add finely chopped cilantro.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  500 g of Santa Catalina Andean noodles
  •  3 tomatoes
  •  3 onions
  •  3 yellow peppers
  •  A few branches of coriander
  •  50 ml of soy sauce
  •  30 ml of vinegar
  •  800g of alpaca loin
  •  Salt, cumin and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Remove veins and peas from the peppers and chop them into thin strips. Cut the onions in two and remove the heart, then cut into thick pieces to saute, the tomatoes are cut into quarters and reserved. Chop the meat into long pieces and season it.

In a frying pan heat a stream of oil and sauté the meat, then add the onion, the pepper and finally the tomatoes. To finish it, pour the vinegar and the soy sauce. Correct the seasoning and incorporate the coriander.

Cook the new Andino Santa Catalina noodles in water with a splash of oil and salt according to their directions, boil for only 9 minutes; Strain and pass through cold water.

Incorporate the noodles in the sautéed, integrate the ingredients and serve.
