INGREDIENTS

  •  180 g of bitter chocolate
  •  200 g of Santa Catalina oats
  •  3 tbs of whiskey
  •  3 tbs of sugar
  •  3 tbs of honey
  •  3 tbs of chopped walnuts
  • Sugar, cocoa and grated coconut (quantity needed)

PREPARATION

Chop the chocolate and melt it in water bath. Add whiskey, oats, sugar, nuts and honey. Once the dough is well integrated, stretch on a work table, leaving a dough sheet at least 1 cm thick. Let cool. Once the preparation is cold, cut with a sharp knife in the shape of hearts.

Garnish with sugar, grated coconut or cocoa powder.

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup of flour
  •  1 cup whole wheat flour
  •  1 cup of Kiwicha and oats Santa Catalina
  •  1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  •  3 tbsp of yeast
  •  1/4 cup sugar
  •  1/3 cup of margarine
  • Juice of 2 oranges (2/3 cup approx.)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mix the flour, oats, raisins, yeast and sugar. Crumble the margarine there and join with the orange juice. Mix and place in bread mold previously smeared with margarine. Microwave (maximum temperature) for 8 minutes. Serve in slices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  •  2 eggs
  •  115g of butter
  •  1 cup prepared flour
  •  ½ cup Santa Catalina oats
  •  1 tsp of baking powder
  •  1 cup raisins

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Preheat the oven to 180C. With an electric mixer, blend the butter, eggs and sugar until it has a creamy consistency, then add the previously sifted flour and baking powder, the oats and finally add the raisins.

With a spoon, place the mixture in a buttered tray, leaving enough space between one cookie and another, because in the oven the mixture expands. Bake for 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup natural or vanilla lemon yogurt
  •  1 cup of skim milk
  •  2 tbs of Brown sugar
  •  2 cups Santa Catalina oatmeal
  •  4 tbs of dried raisins or dried fruit
  •  1 chopped medium banana

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Mix the yogurt, milk and sugar in a medium bowl. Add the oats and raisins. Place in 4 deep plates. Cover with banana before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  •  6 eggs
  •  1 cup of milk.
  •  3 tbs of flour.
  •  1 tbs of butter or margarine.
  •  1 tbs of algarrobina (or to taste).
  •  1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  •  1 ½ cup amaranth and oatmeat Santa Catalina

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Pour the yolks together with the milk, flour, butter, honey or algarrobina, vanilla and kiwicha in the blender jar. Blend and pour into a bowl. Beat the egg whites. Add the beaten whites, gradually, to the liquefied mixture with enveloping motions. Grease a microwave container and pour the entire mixture. Cover with plastic film and microwave for 20 minutes. Leave 10 minutes inside the oven, once it is off, test if it is ready by inserting a tester or the tip of a knife. The consistency should be that of a custard. Cool and serve.
